This part is dedicated to interviews of all employees of the company, one by one, management included.
The intention here is to promote the knowledge of each one of the organization.
Each interview is composed of:
. 3-4 questions
. Fixed space with a test type of 5 questions that will be the same for all.
As an example: your favourite food, your ideal vacation, a book to recommend,
your favourite song, your hobby on the weekends ... ..
It pretends to be an informal part that makes the interview more personal and "humanize" relationship between all.
The idea is to foster social solidarity and responsibility.
This section includes CSR actions that can be done by Anticipa in the future and / or
other third-party initiatives.
As an example: Large food collection of Catalunya, World blood donor day, The TV3 Marathon.

These topics are included depending on the relevance in the news, news of interest to share with the organization.
News in each category can happen every month, but not necessary.
The purpose of this section is to receive from the employees, their newsletter and blog feedback.
The director of communication is responsible for receiving and managing suggestions and comments.
